Preseason is officially underway at Waurn Ponds Deakin Cricket Club, and we’re excited to welcome all players - new and returning - to get involved!

Preseason is a vital part of preparing for the season ahead. It’s your chance to build match fitness, work on your skills, and reconnect with teammates in a supportive and motivating environment.​ Whether you're part of our senior men’s or women’s squad, a junior looking to take the next step, or someone considering joining the club for the first time, preseason is open to all levels and abilities.

Sessions will include a mix of fitness, skills drills, and net practice, all led by experienced coaches committed to helping you improve and enjoy your cricket. It’s also a great opportunity to meet the team, get familiar with the club, and start building the momentum we need for a successful season.

Bring your gear, bring your energy - and bring a mate! We can’t wait to see everyone back out on the field.
